Thai Massage
Natural sunlight and healthy plants

How do I find you?

I am located at 1000 Westover Hills Blvd, Richmond, VA 23225, in the Living Water Community Center. You'll find plenty of parking available in the lot right next to the building. I'll reach out shortly before your appointment to ensure you find me easily and to let you in. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.

What should I expect?

Once we meet we'll head over to the treatment room. We'll go over your intake form, and I'll go over the flow of the session. Once we have a game plan for the massage I'll step out of the room and give you a couple minutes to settle in on the table. You'll undress to your comfort level, most people go nude or prefer to leave on their underwear. Generally, the less clothing you wear the easier it is to treat you, but your comfort is most important, so if leaving on certain articles of clothing is preferred, then please do so. You'll remain properly covered for the entire session, and I'll be checking in from time to time to make sure you're comfy. Please feel free to speak up at any time during your session if you would like anything changed. I encourage open communication during your massage so we can make each session as effective and comfortable as possible.

Cupping

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a focused therapeutic treatment that applies pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. These points are believed to correspond with different organs, systems, and areas of the body. This ancient Chinese practice encourages relaxation, supports circulation, and helps restore the body’s natural balance.

What is Cupping?

Cupping is the application of silicone suction cups to create negative pressure on the skin and underlying tissues. This helps to soften tight muscles, increase blood flow, and encourage lymphatic drainage. They are a great addition to a massage for loosening up tight fascia, breaking up adhesions and scar tissue, and generally helping in treating pain.

What if I don't see an appointment time that works for me?

I recommend you go ahead and schedule something at a future time that does fit your schedule. In the meantime you can reach out to quellmassage@gmail.com and request a specific day and time, and I can add you to the cancellation list.

**There is no guarantee the requested day and time will become available.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

I ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, but a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Appointments cancelled or changed 24-2 hours prior to the appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the service value. Appointments cancelled or changed within 2 hours of the appointment will be treated as a no-show and will result in a fee of 100% of the service value.

I appreciate your understanding.
